You can change your order anytime before or up to the final step in
the shopping process by selecting edit or cancel. An order cannot be
changed after it has been submitted.

Ordering process will be delayed if found any incomplete information
therefore please double check your order list especially the product
code before submit the order.
3) Items are sold on the concept of First-comes, First-served basis and to serious buyers only.
4) All goods sold are not refundable. However, your money will refunded immediately if we received a sudden last minute notification from the supplier informing the goods are out of stock during shipping process.
5) All items are checked to confirm in good condition prior to delivery. Warm Gifts will not hold any responsibilities for delay, damage or lost incurred during the shipment. However, we will take responsibility to rectify our mistakes if there are wrong items delivered to you.
6) Full payment must be made within 24 hours (1) day after received our confirmation email or SMS otherwise we will consider as cancelled and will open to public again.

8) Payment can be made via ATM or Online Fund Transfer ONLY.
