Refund & Exchange
- All items are checked to confirm in good condition prior to delivery. Warm Gifts will not hold any responsibilities for delay, damage or lost incurred during the shipment. However, we will take responsibility to rectify our mistakes if there are wrong items delivered to you.
- All goods sold are not refundable.
- Your money will refunded immediately if we received a sudden last minute notification from the dealer informing the goods are out of stock during shipping process.
